      Mark,

I’m sorry I haven’t replied sooner. I’m new to the whole web page thing and forget to check it. Frankly, I wasn’t even aware people could send me comments until I noticed yours and several others today. Thanks so much for the kind words of support. I’m glad you liked the first half of the book and I hope the second half is/was equally enjoyable.

      Warm regards,
      Michael

BTW–I’m a great fan of your son and what he is helping us do with 916 Ink.

I am a neighbor of your parents on Brunswick Lane and just finished reading the copy of Let The Water Hold Me Down. I thoroughly enjoyed the book and can’t wait for my husband to read it so we can discuss it. I wasn’t sure how the book would end and I wasn’t sure what bothered me about Hank, but the ending made me realize what I was bothered by and helped me understand him.

You literally had me on page 1 and I am so glad that Ned and Carol gave us a copy.

I look forward to your next novel.
